Director of F&B

The Director of F&B is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food & Beverage division, to maximise profits, enforce quality standards focusing on Shangri-La experiences, maintenance of high colleague performance and ensures guest and colleague satisfaction.

The F&B Director will also direct, implement and maintain a service and leadership philosophy which serves as a guide to all staff members.
